Prince of Wales Drive

M Price is proud to work in the finalisation of a prestigious project such as Prince of Wales Drive. Set in an excellent location within Zone 1, Prince Wales is remarkably close to Battersea Park, one of London’s finest parks. With an accessible position, its residents have access to both the underground and overground stations situated less than 5 minutes away by walk.

Prince of Wales Drive comprises 1,2-, and 3-bedroom apartments set across beautiful, landscaped gardens, with over 150 new cafes, shops, restaurants, gym facilities, and a future nursery are in the area, offering various kinds of leisure activities to the residents.

Thanks to its history and experience, M Price delivered top-quality services to complement the building itself. The latest phase – 2B, calls for a scope of services from M Price, including SFS, aluminium soffits to inset balconies, a Whole House Ventilation system incorporated into a continuous perforated banding at each floor, and aluminium balustrade designed and fabricated in our factory in Enfield.

Due to the unexpected significant material increases, we asked to suggest VEs to maintain the original budget. Thus, M Price offered a textured powder coat on aluminium panels in lieu of GRC, which was installed by our amazing teams in the previous phases. This was not only approved by the planners but generated a significant saving as well. Solutions like this alongside our knowledge of numerous façade products, let our clients know that we fully understand and commit to their project requirements.

The Prince of Wales Drive development offers stunning views of Battersea Park and the Power Station, but it does not stop at that. This remarkable project offers its residents circa 2.5 acres of new, beautifully landscaped public gardens.

Phase 1&2 of this Berkeley Group development was designed by the award nominee architectural firm Squire and Partners.
